The Snetterton Circuit, located in Norfolk, is the latest stop on the British Touring Car Championship tour for 2017.
The circuit’s origins follows a similar path to many others; it started out life as a WWII airfield for the RAF and then later used by the United States Army Air Force. The airfield was closed in 1948 and developed for motor racing in 1953, with its first race held that year. It’s been regular addition to the BTCC for many seasons and features one of the longest straights in England – the Revett Straight.
